My husband and I are both NHS doctors with over 25 years experience. We are aware of the pressure primary and secondary care are under. Last week I visited the surgery. The receptionist I saw was brilliant. Kind, supportive and helpful. The Duty doctor I spoke with was also really helpful and thoughtful. All the doctors have all been amazing in the past and helped both of us enormously The pharmacy is awesome too! Thumbs up to Len Valley Surgery. You have helped us both so much and we are really grateful.

Great Practice
Hi. Had covid/flu jab last Saturday 15th. Want to say "well done" to everybody - a little bit of chaos not of your making but queue moved extremely quickly - absolutely nothing to moan about and desperately sorry to learn there was abuse which is as you say totally unacceptable.

Amazing Service 
So today I went for my smear, as all women know its not the most pleasant of experiences, but needed. On speaking to the nurse I said I had a coil that needs removing at some stage as now on HRT, she said that's fine I will do that now as well. Also I do your flu jab, saves you coming back. In and out in 15 minutes with all 3 done. Now that is great service, without much discomfort. So thank you amazing services as always.

Wonderful Practice
We have lived in the area for 4 years and have been meaning to write a review for a while. 
Both the medical and admin teams have been consistently wonderful, especially when concerning my two daughters. On more than one occasion I have phoned, a clinician has called me back and we have been seen within a few hours as was needed. They will go out of the way to be helpful and are all so polite!

I came for my covid vaccine 20th February '21' I have to say the volunteers from Len Valley FC were absolutely brilliant, they were well organised and looked after everyone in a caring manner. One of the guys saw I have difficulty getting out of my car so organised so I could get my jab in my car. This I found to be very helpful & I really appreciated it, he also told me when I come back in May for my second one the process will be the same. So thank you so much LVFC. Also thank you to all DR's & staff at LenValley surgery for the care you have given me in the 25 years that I've been a patient of yours for 25 years.

Wanted to share a positive experience at Len Valley Practice. Phoned for an appointment, waited about a minute, spoke to a lovely helpful receptionist who booked me in. The wonderful nurse I saw; Gemma couldn't have been more friendly, professional and helpful. I have said before I feel very lucky we have such a great practice and the staff have been hugely under pressure, so thank you all at Len Valley practice.

Receptionist was exceptional....

I usually only pop in and out of surgery to pick up regular prescriptions for my husband and always find staff professional and friendly. Today I picked up the phone with a flurry of questions regarding myself. The receptionist was able to answer all of them without me feeling a nuisance or a time-waster. She has booked me two convenient appointments and I have come off the telephone felling assured and confident in having taken the time to call in the first place.

Thank you Lenham Surgery for the excellent service you provide us as a community, it is much appreciated.

Phlebotomist needs customer care training

I have been a patient since the late 1980's however the only member of staff that has been impolite and quite uncaring was the current phlebotomist .Whilst taking my blood I found her unprofessional and a bit nosey but her bedside manner was definitely lacking.I have worked for the NHS for numerous years so usually find it interesting to be on the other side of the fence ,this is not the case when I see her .

Medical care in Lenham

We arrived in Lenham in November 2010 and joined the practice within a couple of weeks.I have to say we have never been so well looked after in our lives, and my wife and I give thanks to all the medical and admin Doctors and staff who have given us tremendous support. My wife has gone through an extended period of poor health but she could not have been better treated.

Thank you most sincerely. We are most appreciative.
