Friends & Family Test Results
The NHS want you to have the best possible experience of care. The NHS Friends and Family Test is a way of gathering your feedback, so we can continually review our service.
It is based on one simple question:
"How likely are you to recommend our GP practice to friends and family if they needed similar care or treatment?"
Your feedback will help us learn more about what you think of your experience – what you like and what you think we could improve. Ultimately, you’re helping us to make changes that will ensure we can offer the best possible care.

I received a phone call straight away after sending my message, I was offered a Doctor appointment 40 minutes later at Harrietsham
The Doctor was most helpful and approachable
Off to Lenham and I picked up my prescription which was ready for me

Since this new triage system it has never been so easy to make an appointment for rather myself or my daughter. No sitting on the phone in a Que for 30 mins plus to then be told all appointments have been taken.

I had an appointment with Dr Khan on Wednesday 24th 0f September 2025. It was a very focused meeting on my particular concerns of recent three, separate weeks in hospital after needing CPR for unconsciousness . I discussed this and a variety of other pending medical problems. She displayed a wonderful balanced mixture of focused questioning in a very relaxed and supportive manner and enabled me to be very open about my concerns and potential next steps. Dr Khan referred me for neurology treatment and I had a response the next day. She was absolutely fantastic and relaxed me very much about the range of my medical difficulties. I cannot praise her sufficiently.
