We have now turned back on our online appointment request service, allowing patients to contact the practice and request appointments online using Accurx Patient Triage.

What is Accurx Patient Triage?

Accurx Patient Triage is an online system that allows you to:

• Request a GP or nurse appointment

• Ask for medical advice or administrative help

• Submit a general query to the practice

You complete a short online form explaining your problem or request. Our team will review it and respond, this might be by message, phone call, or arranging a face-to-face appointment if needed.

Please note

While the service has been reopened, the number of online requests we can accept each day is limited to ensure we can respond safely and effectively. Later this year, we will move to a full Total Triage system, where all appointment requests, whether made online, by phone, or in person, will go through the same triage process to ensure patients receive the right care at the right time.

The service is available during our usual opening hours but may close once we reach capacity for the day. If the link is unavailable or you prefer, you can still contact us by phone or in person.

We encourage patients to use the online service where possible, as it is quick, convenient, and helps us manage appointments more effectively.
