Patient Needs Groups help NHS teams better understand the different health and care needs of local communities. By grouping people based on their likely level of support needs, healthcare providers can plan services more effectively and help ensure care is tailored to those who need it most.
Your PNG is based on information already held in your NHS health record and does not change the care or treatment you receive.
