Flu and COVID-19 Vaccination Clinics 2026/27

Our flu and COVID-19 vaccination clinics will be starting from 1 October 2026.

Please note that we are unable to offer these vaccinations before 1 October, with the exception of children who are not yet in school years for their nasal flu vaccination and pregnant women, who may be offered their vaccination earlier.

Who is eligible for a COVID-19 vaccination?

You can have a free NHS COVID-19 vaccination if you:

• Are aged 75 or over, including those who will turn 75 by 31 January 2027
• Are aged 6 months to 74 years and have a weakened immune system because of a health condition or treatment
• Live in a care home for older adults

Please note that carers are unfortunately not included in the COVID-19 vaccination eligibility criteria this year, unless they meet one of the other eligibility criteria listed above.

Who is eligible for a flu vaccination?

The NHS flu vaccination is recommended for people who are at higher risk of becoming seriously unwell from flu.

You can have a free NHS flu vaccination if you:

• Are aged 65 or over, including those who will turn 65 by 31 March 2027
• Are aged 18 to 64 and have certain long-term health conditions
• Are pregnant
• Live in a care home
• Are the main carer for an older or disabled person, or receive Carer's Allowance
• Live with someone who has a weakened immune system
• Are experiencing homelessness, or staying in a homeless hostel or night shelter

Frontline health and social care workers can also receive a flu vaccination through their employer.

If you are eligible for both vaccinations, you will be offered an appointment for both your flu and COVID-19 vaccinations.
